Help Protect Your Rights
SECURE ROUTING AND ACCREDITATION
While the overarching litigation fund is being managed by McMillan LLP, please be advised that the law firm cannot accept direct financial contributions from individual consumers or non-clients due to strict Law Society regulations and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) compliance. All individual consumer contributions are routed directly to a dedicated CKTI Account to support these legal efforts.
We deeply value your commitment to this fight. To show our appreciation, all contributions of $100 or more will receive a digital House of Knives gift card (valid for online use only at houseofknives.ca) equivalent to 10% of the contribution amount.
The path to securing the future of our industry requires a disciplined, professional, and well-funded legal strategy. The CKTI exists to advocate for the rights of all end-users—including First Responders, tradespeople, and outdoor enthusiasts—while championing education on the proper use and legality of the tools we rely on. By contributing to the CKTI Legal Defense Fund, you are not making a charitable donation, but rather a direct investment in the protection of our collective right to trade and own these essential tools. Please note that because these funds are used exclusively to finance our professional legal counsel, court costs, and expert testimony, contributions are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.
